The Head of Marketing is a pivotal role at ShiftCare, responsible for driving all digital marketing efforts to fuel growth and market expansion. Reporting directly to the CEO and Board of Directors, this position will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and facilitate expansion into new markets.
About You
- You have 10+ years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in a leadership role in B2B SaaS marketing.
- Strong background in both inbound and outbound marketing, including content creation, and performance-driven strategies.
- Extensive knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Proven experience building and leading high-performing digital marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives, focusing on driving customer acquisition and engagement through innovative digital channels.
- Work closely with sales, product, engineering, customer success, and executive teams to gain a deep understanding of the company's market position and target customers.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, content marketing, paid advertising (PPC), and email marketing, aimed at driving conversions and growing the customer base.
