Shopfitting Supervisor Position

This role is focused on leading shopfitting and fitout projects based in the South Side of Brisbane.

  • Ensure timely project delivery by monitoring construction program progress and providing input as required.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, review their work method statements, implement safety protocols, manage supplier deliveries and monitor subcontractor activities on site.
  • Prepare and manage defects lists for close out.
  • Assume a hands-on approach to site management, involving regular time spent on site and physical involvement in project tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a QBCC Supervisors License, experience working on projects under $1m, a trade background or relevant tertiary qualifications, a proven track record of delivering jobs from start to finish, and experience working in fast-paced environments.
