Main Responsibilities

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.

Board Meetings

Meetings are conducted monthly, usually from 5:30pm on a weekday. Remote participation is also facilitated.

Appointment Terms

Terms are for three years, with the option of renewal.
