About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Service Specialist - Provide ongoing high-quality support to Financial Advisers.
  • Develop your Career by working closely with a partner to grow and mentor in meaningful work.
  • Oversee annual review preparation, new business plans, and advice recommendations implementation.
  • Manage workflow to meet client needs, maintaining operational process understanding for paraplanning and operations teams.
  • Serve as the key liaison for Financial Advisers within the team.
  • Monitor client accounts, team dashboards, and maintain client records.
  • Contribute to effective risk and compliance management through appropriate measures and activities.

Requirements:

  • FASEA Approved Degree or FASEA Approved Pathway.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in administration, paraplanning, or related financial services.
  • Xplan experience desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of investments, advice strategies, superannuation consolidation, retirement, personal insurance, structures, taxation, income streams, and cash flow modelling.
  • Working knowledge of estate planning, philanthropy, aged care, and debt management strategies desirable.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and relationship building skills.
  • PC literate (Word & Excel).
