Market Research Analyst Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Market Research Analyst to join our dynamic team driving strategic insights for student recruitment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a key role in researching, analysing, and interpreting market intelligence to support domestic and international student recruitment across undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

This involves conducting and project managing quantitative and qualitative research, including surveys, recruitment, focus groups, interviews, and mystery shopping.

You will also be responsible for performing desk research and monitoring higher education reports to identify emerging trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct primary and secondary research using various methodologies to gather insights on student behaviour, market trends, and competitive positioning.
  2. Analyse and interpret data to produce clear, actionable reports and presentations.
  3. Communicate findings with internal stakeholders to inform recruitment strategies, decision-making, and enhanced understanding of student channels.

About You:

  • A strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, student recruitment, consumer behaviour, and the higher education landscape is essential.
  • Proven experience in conducting and project managing market research is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Able to work with analytical tools such as Excel, SPSS, DisplayR, Qualtrics, Alteryx, R, or Python.
