Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to join our team.

This is a pivotal role that requires partnering with managers to develop and implement strategies for recruitment, training, and development of new team members.

  • The successful candidate will identify, train, coach, and develop applicants to achieve their sales targets and personal goals.
  • Fostering a culture of excellence within the organization is key.

The ideal candidate will possess prior recruitment experience, excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for employee onboarding.

A proficiency in using Google Suite and experience working in a call centre environment would be beneficial.
