Job Description

About Us

We deliver high-quality English language programs in a student-centered environment.

  • Liaise with education agents, prospective students, and internal staff to provide exceptional support services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in our student management system.
  • Assist students with orientation, enrolment, and ongoing course advice to ensure their academic success.
  • Respond to student inquiries regarding visa, attendance, academic progress, and personal support in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate student welfare activities and refer students to support services as needed.
  • Monitor attendance and academic progress and escalate concerns appropriately to maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Support the compliance and reporting team with documentation and data entry to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role within an educational institution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student management systems to efficiently manage student records.
  • Recent experience in the use of PRISMS to optimize administrative tasks.
  • Knowledge of ESOS Act and National Code of Practice is highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with students, staff, and external partners.
