Allocator - Logistics Professional

We are seeking a skilled Allocator to play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient cement deliveries across NSW.

The successful candidate will be based at our North Ryde office, managing customer orders and coordinating delivery schedules to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers and truck availability
  • Use advanced systems to track stock, dispatch loads, and monitor truck movements
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Provide delivery updates and solutions to customers using our tracking systems

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and customer service skills, be a strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities, and be comfortable working with computer systems and digital tools.

Experience in logistics, allocation, freight management, dispatch, or warehousing is highly valued. Knowledge of fatigue management principles is a bonus, with training provided if necessary.
