As a Community Support Worker, you will have the rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of clients who require support to live at home independently for as long as possible.
Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to older Australians in the community. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Community Support Worker.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a genuine passion for providing care and support to others.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing daily living support to clients, including assistance with personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Transporting clients to appointments and shopping
- Supporting clients to maintain their independence and quality of life
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure client needs are met
- A Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- An Australian driver's licence and access to a registered motor vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Passion for providing high-quality care and support to others
