We aim to empower people with disability to live a life of their choosing, be actively involved in their local community, and engaged in meaningful opportunities. Our team is passionate about making a difference and providing exceptional support to our clients.
The Role
As a Support Worker in our Dulwich Hill Hub, you will play a vital role in supporting and empowering people with disability to live independently. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting clients to live an active lifestyle and participate in their community through person-centred programs;
- Working to behaviour support plans by utilising positive behaviour strategies;
- Assisting and supporting clients with personal and hygiene care;
- Maintenance of progress notes and record-keeping.
Your Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in the Disability sector and demonstrated knowledge of supporting high needs clients;
- Able to support others with personal and hygiene care;
- Personal qualities of resilience, empathy, and self-confidence;
- High levels of enthusiasm, initiative, and a positive attitude while acting with integrity, honesty, and respect.

Salary
We are offering a competitive salary of $65,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
