Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with participants, fostering their involvement in recovery efforts.
  • Identify risks associated with participant activities and collaborate with management to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide support with daily tasks, including cleaning, room preparation, and transportation services.
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Swiftly report identified risks to supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Possess relevant certification and/or prior experience or on-the-job training in a similar role.
  • Hold a current First Aid Certificate (preferred).
  • Hold a valid Driver's Licence.
  • Must hold a Working with Children Check (WWCC - Blue Card).
