Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Night Operations Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role and oversee all operations during the night shift, ensuring the smooth running of the hotel.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Front Office operations and experience working with Opera Cloud or a related system. They will be responsible for performing night audit functions, balancing hotel revenues in rooms and food & beverage, and handling guest concerns to ensure memorable moments.

This role requires a service-focused personality, ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, and a good understanding of finance and accounting practices. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities while leading by example and fostering a strong team culture.
