We are partnering with a top national builder known for their strong values and diverse portfolio, delivering projects up to $50mil across new builds, refurbishments, and fit outs.

The Role

As a result of our client's growth and development, they are currently seeking a Site Manager to manage the delivery of their upcoming pipeline of Brisbane builds - either within their refurbishment/fit out or new build sector.

They have several projects across Brisbane, so you will be assigned to one of their upcoming $4mil - $20mil builds based on your capability and project background.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the delivery of construction projects from start to finish
  2. Lead teams of construction professionals on commercial new builds or refurbishments
  3. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  4. Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  5. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
