Senior Data Analyst Role

Eyewitness Forensic and Integrity Services are leading experts in safeguarding business reputation. We support organisations to conduct thorough investigations, resolve disputes, and manage regulatory challenges.

We embed integrity into compliance frameworks to help businesses manage ethical and reputational risks effectively. Our professionals understand how companies navigate complex environments; how internal pressures, attitudes, and culture influence employee actions; and how to leverage advanced data analytics for improved compliance and investigation outcomes.

This role is based in Sydney, Brisbane or Perth and offers flexibility with reduced hours. Potential adjustments can be made to accommodate this.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilise industry-leading data analytic tools to generate insights that support fraud investigations, disputes, and regulatory compliance challenges for our clients across various sectors.
  • Collaborate with the broader Forensics team and consult with stakeholders; develop forensic procedures and define measurable data metrics and design investigative analysis.
  • Extract, validate, transform, and load high-volume structured and unstructured data from multiple sources (including ERP and accounting systems) for deeper analysis.
  • Develop algorithms, data mining, and data analytic solutions to assist our clients with detection of fraud, bribery, corruption, irregular financial transactions, anomalous employee behaviour, and targeted error and waste in their operations.
  • Support senior team members in preparing and presenting client deliverables, including using visualisation software to clearly present the benefits of the analysis to clients.
  • Work in multidisciplinary teams across a range of industries, utilising analytics to transform and improve our clients' businesses.
