About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer to join our Enterprise Transformation Program. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering an ambitious vision against customer objectives, creating enduring technology differentiation with unmatched digital experiences built on decoupled, resilient, and reliable technology foundations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions and system design.
  • Contribute to a culture where quality, excellence, and openness are championed.
  • Coach and mentor junior engineers, share knowledge to uplift and improve software development practices.
  • Perform code quality control through peer programming, code review, and automated pipeline release management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in developing 3-tier applications on-premises and on cloud, covering frontend (React or Angular), backend (.Net Core or C#), and database (SQL and NoSQL) administration and usage.
  • Infrastructure as code using CloudFormation or Terraform experience.
  • Design and implementation of Microservices to deliver highly scalable APIs.
  • At least one scripting/programming language (JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Python) and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, TeamCity, or Octopus).
  • Automated Quality Engineering and Testing (Unit Testing, Regression Testing), Application Security, and Observability tools.
