About the Job

We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide support services to private clients in Sydney who require assistance beyond their family and friends network.

As a care worker, you will be required to deliver support in various capacities and timeframes, including personal care, manual handling, and social support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services such as shower assistance, toileting, and feeding.
  • Assist with manual handling tasks, including transferring clients from bed to shower commode.
  • Offer social support and companionship to clients.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with complex needs is highly desirable.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification is essential.
  • Availability during weekdays, afternoons, evenings, and weekends is required.
  • A National Police Check and NDIS Worker Check are also required.
