Supporting Elderly Clients in Sydney

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Care Worker to provide home care support to elderly individuals and people with disabilities in Eastern Sydney.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential skills:

  • First Aid certification (HLTAID003, HLTAID011, HLTAID004, HLTAID012)
  • NDIS Worker Screening ID or AU National Police Check
  • Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support or Nursing

In addition to these requirements, our transport service provider must have:

  • Comprehensive car insurance with worker's name listed as main driver or insured driver
  • Full driver licence
  • Car registration

Our organisation offers a competitive remuneration package, including casual loading, referral bonus, travel allowance, first aid allowance, broken shift allowance, paid training, and upskilling programs.
