Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences from initial enquiry through to move-in. As a Sales Consultant, you will collaborate with internal teams to meet occupancy and financial targets, while building trusted relationships with residents, families, and referral networks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in aged care, retirement living, or health services.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service focused and committed to providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • A compassionate approach and genuine desire to support older Australians.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word and Excel) and experience in various CRM's and databases.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Full driver's license (some travel between sites will be involved).
