Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our team at Australia Post. As a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, you will be responsible for the effective diagnosis and repair of our heavy fleet vehicles and trailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair heavy fleet vehicles and trailers
- Perform trailer service and repairs under NHVR regulations
- Maintain accurate records of work completed
- Servicing FUSO and Mercedes Trucks
Shift Details:
- Permanent full-time position with a rotating shift schedule
- Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime
- Morning Shift: 5:30am to 2pm, Afternoon/Night Shift: 10am to 8pm
About You:
- You are a qualified Mechanic with a Certificate III in Heavy Road Transport
- You are an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- You are flexible with working additional hours if required
- You have previous experience in a similar role
