About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at CEA, a leading distributor of world-renowned capital equipment brands. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and compliant diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mobile equipment in a mining or heavy industry environment.
  • Diagnose and fault-find mechanical issues with machinery for repair, maintenance, and service in the field.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work unsupervised and follow instructions to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and promote a positive work culture.
Requirements
  • AUS/NZ Trade qualified Diesel Mechanic, Automotive Electrician, Plant Mechanic, or similar.
  • Experience in maintaining, servicing, and repairing mobile equipment in a mining or heavy industry environment.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
