Over the past six decades, Dr. Martens has become a staple in the world of fashion, adopted by various tribes, celebrities, and individuals who have transformed the boots to suit their needs and attitudes.

Australia and New Zealand have seen significant growth since Accent Group Limited acquired distribution rights in 1988.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service experience while showcasing premium products.
  • Collaborate with a team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Process large volumes of stock and efficiently manage inventory.
  • Accurately pick and pack click-and-collect orders for timely dispatch.
  • Support in maintaining store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning as required.
  • Maintain a positive attitude at all times to effectively engage with customers.

Requirements

  • Full availability from October to mid-January, with a focus on weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Passion for streetwear and sneaker culture is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work well within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
  • Self-motivation and willingness to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
