Overview
The role of Government Administrative Support Specialist involves providing administrative assistance to support the successful delivery of programs and projects. This includes preparing briefs, correspondence, and reports, as well as liaising with stakeholders and managing records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare documents and briefings for decision-makers
- Liaise with stakeholders on project matters and governance
- Manage low- to medium-risk contracts, including procurement documentation and contract variations
- Maintain accurate records using procurement systems
- Contribute to section objectives to achieve compliant, efficient, and streamlined business processes
- Provide high-quality support to the team to meet business priorities
