Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead customer-facing areas including managing and supervising Client Liaison Officers team, undertaking daily customer service and key operational tasks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop excellent customer relationships with dealers and OEM customers
  • Monitor branch metrics to ensure performance targets are met
  • Liaise with Operations to identify damage issues and undertake reporting to identify trends and implement process improvements
  • Support operations/admin teams with reports to achieve KPI targets
  • Identify new business opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion
  • Undertake data input, purchase order creation or financial analysis support for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Respond to general customer enquiries about storage availability, pricing and information
  • Perform general administrative and office support activities
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Supervisory role
  • Strong customer focus and conflict resolution skills
  • Previous experience leading a team and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Independent and autonomous self-starter
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve customer service excellence
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs and business requirements
  • Ability to think creatively and challenge normal practices
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage tasks and responsibilities
  • Superior leadership capabilities with proven experience supporting a team
  • High level of stakeholder engagement and appropriate communication management
  • Strong organisation skills and excellent attention to detail
