As a WHS Program Manager, you play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of workers across various industries.

About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to manage and implement effective WHS programs that align with regulatory requirements and industry standards. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to mitigate risks.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • WHS Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive WHS programs that cater to the unique needs of each client, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them, minimizing the likelihood of workplace injuries and illnesses.
  • Clients Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their WHS needs are met.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of WHS programs and identify areas for improvement.
