In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the optimal flow of our products from manufacturing to our valued customers, contributing directly to the success of brands like La Roche-Posay, Cera Ve, Vichy, and Skin Ceuticals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain robust statistical forecasts for a portfolio of products within the Dermatological Beauty Division.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to integrate market intelligence, promotional activities, and new product launches into the demand plan.
  • Analyze historical data, trends, and market dynamics to identify risks and opportunities, recommending adjustments to optimize forecast accuracy.
  • Proactively identify and assess risks and opportunities to the demand plan and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Partner with our global manufacturing facilities and logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective production and delivery of products.
  • Analyze inventory levels, lead times, and capacity constraints to develop and execute a robust supply plan that meets demand while optimizing inventory levels and costs.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks, including material shortages, production delays, and transportation disruptions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and implement solutions that enhance supply chain efficiency and responsiveness.
About You
  • 5+ years of proven experience in demand and/or supply planning, preferably within the cosmetics or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make sound business recommendations.
  • Proficiency in demand planning and forecasting software, as well as ERP systems (SAP experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
