About the Role

We are seeking a Guest Experience Officer to join our Holiday Park team. This role will be critical in supporting a seamless front of house experience, ensuring positive and engaging interactions with our guests.

The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, explaining the park and its amenities, and promoting Ingenia Holidays as the ideal holiday destination.

This is a casual role with the potential for additional hours to be picked up during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests to Ingenia Holidays and provide information on the park and its amenities
  • Actively promote Ingenia Holidays as the ideal holiday destination
  • Direct guest check-in and check-out and attend to general receptionist duties
  • Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained at all times
  • Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when guests report problems
About You
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry
  • Computer literacy using Microsoft Suite and booking software
  • Passionate about the tourism industry with a strong sales ability
  • Team player with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
