As a Workplace Health and Wellness Consultant, you will play a vital role in promoting workplace health and safety, preventing workplace injuries, and facilitating return to work outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing workplace education programs to prevent workplace injuries
  • Conducting risk assessments and providing recommendations for workplace modifications
  • Collaborating with clients, employers, and medical professionals to address barriers to return to work

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Health Sciences, or a related field
  • Registration with Australian Institute of Management Consultants (AIMC) or similar
  • Proven experience in Workplace Health and Safety or a related field
