Job Title: Customer Services Advisor/ Administrator, Graduate- DNA Testing

Role Overview:

This is a permanent role that requires the ideal candidate to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in a state-of-the-art facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls and email correspondence
  • Register new cases on a daily basis and ensure CRM updates are accurate
  • Report all feedback and update the Feedback Database(s)
  • Assist in the daily booking-in of samples received and coordinate logistics for sending and receiving test kits
  • Organise sample collections and conduct final checks on Reports to ensure accuracy
  • Provide quotes and follow-up with clients regarding outstanding amounts due
  • Comply with quality control procedures and promote the Company Environmental standards

Requirements:

  • A degree or equivalent administrative experience
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Competency in Microsoft applications and IT systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, organisational skills, and phone manner
