Workshop Coordinator

Job Summary:
Newhaul Pty is seeking a highly organized and proactive Workshop Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our workshop team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions within the workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Time Sheet Management: Accurately complete timesheets to ensure timely processing of employee payroll.
- Mex Workorders: Handle work orders, purchase orders, and bookings for the maintenance and repair of equipment, liaising closely with service providers to ensure accurate scheduling, timely completion of works, and accurate billing.
- Contractor Management: Correspond with preferred contracting companies to fulfill various requirements such as site access, accommodation, meals, flights, and purchase order requirements.
- New Starter Relocation Assistance: Work closely with workshop management and real estate agents in relation to the relocation of new employees.
- Management of Alcolizer Equipment: Responsible for managing the wall-mounted breathalyzer, ensuring it undergoes calibration as required every 6-12 months, and maintaining accurate records for calibration services.
- Accurate Record Keeping: Accurately record and track safety-related data to support compliance efforts and ongoing safety initiatives, including compiling monthly toolbox meeting minutes and adding to the action register, entering lead indicators into the safety system.
- General Administration Support: Provide general administration support to the workshop management team, assist with recruitment and onboarding activities for new workshop team members.
Requirements:
- Previous Administration Experience: Preferably in the logistics or transport industry.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- ERP Systems: Familiar with using multiple ERP systems.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Previous experience working in an evolving and fast-paced environment would be advantageous.
