Dental Receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized dental receptionist to join our dynamic team in Narellan, NSW. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start or advance their career in the dental industry.
- This role involves working Monday to Friday, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
- Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- Making patients aware of dental services and offers
- Handling payments
- Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about customer service and patient care
- Organized with attention to detail
