Senior Beauty Advisor

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Beauty Advisor to join our Management team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading by example and showcasing the Sephora experience to customers.

The ideal candidate will have previous retail management experience, with a strong background in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control and visual merchandising.

You will be equipped with initial onboarding training and continuous learning through our unique online learning platform and field trainers to help clients discover Sephora's amazing offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and consistently raise the performance and capability of your team.
  • Be the point of contact when being the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters within a fast-paced environment.
  • Facilitate open communication with your team by providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the Management team.
  • Serve as a role model to your team by embodying Sephora's DNA of delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail management experience across areas of managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control and visual merchandising.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
  • A hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help your store team members succeed.
  • Passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail to ensure your store represents the Sephora brand.
  • Driven for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
