A dynamic and experienced rowing coach is required to lead our adult section. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the sport, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and develop team members.

  • Lead and develop the Men's and Women's adult squads">
  • Support all levels of rowers, from recreational to competitive">
  • Encourage new members to develop their skills and retain them as club members">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Session Coach qualification (Club Coach qualification preferred)">
  • RYA launch licence">
  • Current Coach membership of British Rowing">
  • First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications (to be arranged after starting work)">
