Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rowing Coach to join our team. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing rowing programs that foster a culture of excellence within our Sports programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach rowing athletes to achieve their full potential.
  • Develop and implement rowing programs that align with the school's vision and values.
  • Collaborate with teachers, students, parents, and sport organisations to support student development.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A strong coaching background in rowing is essential.
  • Experience in training, mentoring, and developing young people in sport is preferred.
  • Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
