We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Apollo Care Alliance. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality clinical care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct holistic assessments in partnership with residents and their representatives to develop individualized care plans.
- Supervise and support Personal Care Workers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Provide clinical care, including wound management, palliative care, and medication management, in accordance with applicable quality standards.
- Liaise with medical and allied health care staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Implement a resident-centered approach to care, focusing on positive experiences and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a registered nurse is essential.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in providing clinical care, preferably in an aged care setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
- Hold NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain).
- Be passionate about delivering person-centered care and committed to ongoing professional development.
- A competitive salary range of $75,000 to $118,000, plus superannuation and not-for-profit salary packaging.
