We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Yackandandah Health, a leading provider of aged care services in North East Victoria.

• Conduct holistic assessments in partnership with residents and their representatives to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Supervise and support Personal Care Workers to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Provide clinical care, including wound management, palliative care, and medication management, in accordance with applicable quality standards.
• Liaise with medical and allied health care staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Deliver a person-centered approach to care, prioritizing resident experience and satisfaction.

• Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a registered nurse is essential.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in providing clinical care, preferably in an aged care setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
• Hold NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain) to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Be passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centered care that meets the unique needs of each resident.
