**Job Opportunity:** Maintenance Officer/Gardener

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual with experience in maintenance and gardening services. The successful candidate will provide lawn and garden maintenance, tree and shrub pruning, hedging, and garden refuse removal.

The role also involves undertaking general maintenance work, including repairs, installation, and cleaning, and completing relevant record keeping and administration tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide lawn and garden maintenance, tree and shrub pruning, hedging, and garden refuse removal
  • Undertake general maintenance work, including repairs, installation, and cleaning
  • Complete relevant record keeping and administration tasks

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a maintenance role (previous retirement living experience highly regarded)
  • Home and/or garden maintenance certificate would be an advantage
  • Able to maintain and develop relationships with internal and external service providers
  • Applied knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety requirements or ability to acquire same within one month of employment
