Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Making outbound calls to new and prospective members
  • Referring mortgage enquires to our specialist
  • Building trust and confidence with members through meaningful conversations
  • Developing relationships within the Defence Community
  • Educating members on digital banking tools and services

About you:

We're looking for bright minds, promoters of digital banking, and talented individuals with strong numeracy skills. Previous experience in retail banking and Tier 2 accreditation are highly regarded.
