Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled security professional to join our team as a Marina Security Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our marina facilities, personnel, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol and surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of the marina premises on foot and by vehicle to monitor for any suspicious activities or unauthorized individuals.
  • Access control: Enforce access control measures to ensure that only authorized personnel and visitors are allowed entry into the marina facilities.
  • Emergency response: Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with local authorities as necessary to ensure swift resolution.
  • Customer service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting marina tenants and visitors, answering inquiries, and maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in a related field such as criminal justice or security management is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a security-related field.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle safely.
