Job Summary

A leading FMCG organisation is currently seeking a commercially minded Senior Legal Counsel to join their high-performing central legal team.

  • Provide expert guidance on consumer law, advertising standards, and commercial legal issues.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with retailers, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Ensure adherence to consumer protection laws and marketing regulations—including digital and social media.
  • Assist in designing and implementing robust legal compliance systems.
  • Manage litigation and regulatory matters.
  • Identify legal risks and keep stakeholders informed with timely updates.

About You

  • Ideally have at least 8+ years PQE in private practice or in-house roles, ideally with exposure to the FMCG sector.
  • Prior experience in contract law, consumer law, and advertising regulation.
  • A strategic thinker who balances legal risk with commercial outcomes.
  • A trusted advisor who collaborates effectively across teams and delivers practical, business-focused solutions.
