Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to join our team. This is a pivotal role in shaping the future of construction and driving growth.

The successful candidate will lead complex bids from inception to submission, ensuring competitive and compelling proposals that align with company capabilities and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities include managing Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) projects, developing robust programmes, and fostering collaborative relationships during ECI phases.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project scheduling software and methodologies, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Lead Bid Management: Take ownership of bids from inception to submission.
  • Drive ECI Projects: Manage ECI phases, providing crucial insights and value engineering to optimize project outcomes.
  • Develop Robust Programmes: Create comprehensive and accurate project programmes, integrating all pre-construction activities.
  • Strategic Leadership: Contribute to strategic decision-making and identify new opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Estimating or Design Manager space within Australian construction industry.
  • Demonstrated success in complex bid management and securing significant projects.
  • Extensive experience with Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) models and their implementation.
  • Exceptional programme writing skills and strong leadership qualities.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
