
Senior Front Office Reception Manager

Key to delivering exceptional guest experiences is a person with strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities. This role is about being the face of our hotel, making sure all interactions are memorable for both positive and challenging situations.
Responsibilities- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently while ensuring guests have clear information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Develop and guide team members in achieving high levels of service quality, maintaining consistency and precision in guest interactions.
- Address and resolve guest complaints effectively, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Manage reservations, billing and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure seamless operations and meet guest expectations.
- Excellent Communication Skills with a genuine passion for building relationships with guests.
- Customer Service Orientation with focus on delivering high standards consistently.
- Problem-Solving Abilities with ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Organisational and Time Management Skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Computer Systems especially RMS hotel management software experience is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Hospitality Industry with an understanding of hotel operations procedures and best practices.
