About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team at Precruitment. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients in the delivery of human resource services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the employment cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance review processes.
  • Provide general human resources advice and support to managers and employees.
  • Contribute to the development and planning of HR services, including policy review and compliance.
  • Liaise with HR Administrators to ensure effective orientation processes for new employees.
  • Support managers in completing probation and performance reviews.
  • Review and provide recommendations on position descriptions and re-classification requests.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Provide guidance on industrial relations and HR policies, offering practical solutions to assist managers and employees.
  • Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, including job advertisements and applicant screening.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant Human Resources or Business discipline.
  • Current Queensland Driver's License.
  • AFP National Police Check.
  • Blue Card (Working with Children Card).
  • Demonstrated understanding of historical and contemporary issues impacting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities.
