Job Summary

The maintenance planner will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. We are seeking an experienced professional to join us on a permanent full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan weekly maintenance activities through the computerized maintenance management system.
  • Drive maintenance improvements by implementing new systems and strategies.
  • Prepare and project manage major plant shutdowns.
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders to ensure preventative maintenance tasks are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Develop and provide visibility of overall equipment effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Trade or engineering qualification.
  • Proven experience within a large and complex food, pharmaceutical or packaging manufacturing business as a maintenance planner.
  • Experience developing a preventative maintenance environment.
  • Knowledge of CMMS systems such as Maximo or SAP.
