The Talent Mill Recruitment division is a bespoke recruitment consultancy and talent acquisition specialist within the fashion, lifestyle, and retail industries.

We are seeking an experienced Australian Fashion Retail Leader to join our client - an iconic Australian retail group. This renowned brand is known for retaining its people and is a success-oriented business that designs and produces locally with a focus on modern design for women.

The Role

This is a fast-paced role that requires a hands-on, energetic leader to create a buzz and sense of excitement in-store to achieve sales goals while making customers feel valued.

Day-to-day will see you working with your store leaders to Manage, lead, and direct stores within the State by ensuring business goals and policies are understood and applied by all team members.

You will have key metrics to achieve across Sales, Payroll, Shrinkage, and Expense budgets, as well as being ultimately focused on people management and development to ensure customer service standards are achieved in line with company standards.

The Skills

  • Have a reputation for infusing your business with a client-centric approach
  • Have significant leadership experience in successfully managing a similar-sized portfolio of retail stores
  • Have energy and passion to drive sales outcomes and KPIs through a hands-on leadership approach with regular time spent in stores
  • Be experienced with driving individual sales targets and hourly productivity results
  • Expertise in creating high levels of customer advocacy in a de-centralized store network
  • Promote a fun and energetic working environment for your team
