We are seeking a talented individual to fill a salaried position in our growing HVAC company.

About Us

Polyaire is an international manufacturer of quality equipment for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Our products include air filters, insulated flexible ducting, air grilles, vents, and fittings. With 25 branches across Australia and counterparts in Malaysia and the UK, we export a wide range of air conditioning products worldwide.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct customer liaison and provide exceptional customer service to all clients
  • Process orders entries and complete dispatch documentation
  • Control orders in line with customer requirements
  • Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely orders and deliveries
  • Handle local deliveries and pick-ups effectively and safely
  • Maintain Company equipment and facilities
  • Safely load and unload freight

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong work ethic, be professional, and a self-starter. You should also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, good planning and organizational skills, basic numerical skills, and attention to detail and accuracy. Trade background or experience in the air-conditioning or building industry is highly desirable.
