Job Title: Registered Nurse

As a professional nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others through person-centred care.

You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide safe and nurturing services for children and adults.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills, confidence in managing their time effectively, and general nursing experience, post-registration.

They will also have NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or be willing to obtain it, full, unrestricted AHPRA registration, and unlimited work entitlements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, and implement client care within your scope of practice
  • Consider physical, social, and psychological requirements of clients
  • Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs and goals
  • Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met at all times
