The Payroll Operations team seeks a motivated and analytical professional to join their office in Rockhampton. This role requires paying employees accurately and on time, processing employee data and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities- Paying employees accurately and timely
- Maintaining accurate employee data and records
- Reconciling accounts and applying sound financial judgement
- Ensuring compliance with legislation in payroll and financial processes
- Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of Australian salary, superannuation, taxation and best practice
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience working within a large Human Resource and Payroll system
