Guest Experience Ambassador | Sydney

Key Responsibilities:

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional service to every guest who walks through our doors. You will handle transactions, offer local insights, and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience.

What We Look For In Our Ideal Candidate:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role
  • Qualifications in Hotel Management and/or Hospitality related field are preferred
  • Experience with property management systems is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
