Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to join our team as a Facilitator of Employment Skills. This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, supporting them in their journey towards employment and independence.

The role involves delivering engaging training and support services to job seekers, both online and in-person. You will be responsible for identifying the skills and needs of our participants, developing tailored career development plans, and facilitating training programs that cater to their requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training and support services to job seekers.
  • Support participants in identifying their skills and securing employment opportunities.
  • Develop individualized career development plans to meet the needs of our participants.
  • Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance job seeker employability.
  • Foster relationships with local employers and community organizations to secure job opportunities.
  • Coordinate guest speaker sessions to provide valuable insights to our participants.
  • Travel to deliver training sessions across the region, as required.

Requirements:

  • Australian work eligibility.
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • Willingness to undergo a Criminal History Check.
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children Check.
  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment (desirable).
  • RSA certificate (desirable).
