Renewals Manager Role Summary

This Renewals Manager position is a dynamic opportunity to drive revenue growth through the strategic collection of renewals and upselling opportunities in a specific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing existing customers, engaging with them via outbound calls, and promoting renewal contracts.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience in making cold calls. Familiarity with Salesforce.com is preferred but not required. The ability to manage time, leads, and produce results efficiently is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing existing customers to collect renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Engaging with customers via outbound calls to promote renewal contracts.
  • Coordinating with partners and distributors for timely feedback and support.
  • Training partners on the usage of Renewals Tool and addressing related inquiries.
  • Monitoring daily sales goals using Salesforce database.
  • Managing customer accounts and lead development.

Requirements:

  • Experience in making cold calls and strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to manage time, leads, and produce results efficiently.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills are necessary for success.
  • Teamwork and business English proficiency are also essential.
